Testimonials

I have played and enjoyed competitive sport all my life, but as I reached middle-age I started to suffer from back pain and general niggles and aches. Paul was recommended to me and he quickly identified the source of my back pain, simply explained why it was appending and provided solutions to help me avoid future problems.

Through intense Physio massage, my acute backpain was eradicated and simple preventative techniques have kept me match fit and feeling more agile than I have for years!

Ann Crockett-McLean

I was recommended to see Paul at Spectrum Physiotherapy in 2012 after enduring ongoing back issues which remained unresolved. I was slightly apprehensive of walking into unfamiliar surroundings, but this was short-lived as I was instantly put at ease. There are excellent parking facilities, an airy waiting room with magazines and a friendly receptionist.

I was called through to see Paul for my initial consultation, taking with me all my medical history. After having listened to my problems I was given a thorough examination and then he carefully explained to me what treatment he was going to administer and the reasoning behind this so I was aware of what to expect and the likely ramifications thereafter. He also explained to me what aftercare I needed to do as well as exercises going forward.

I can honestly say that I felt a definite ease of tension in my shoulders as well as in the pain of my lower back within 48 hours after that initial consultation and treatment. I now go back at regular intervals to make sure that any slight niggles are nipped in the bud before they develop into tight knots and secondary lower back pain, as was the case prior to coming to see Paul – I do not want to get into that state again!

If you are in the ‘Over 50s’ bracket, as I am (!), I would whole-heartedly recommend a visit to Spectrum Physiotherapy so that you too can experience such quality physiotherapy leading to a pain-free and niggle-free life.
